Day 1 Florican Grassland to PM to Russei Treb – new Ibis site
Hotel check out from Siem Reap. Drive to Florican Grassland which is 2-hour drive. Birding at the grassland for morning until 10 am then drive to Russei Trep with lunch stop on the way. Arrive the site in the afternoon, room check in and short break then go out for evening birding at the ibis’s site. Dinner & overnight Russei Treb lodge.
Day 2 Russei Treb
Full day birding at Russei Treb for Ibis, Owls, Woodpeckers and dry forest birds. Dinner & overnight Russei Treb lodge.
Day 3: Morning Russei Treb. Afternoon to Koh Samseb
Spend the morning at Russei Treb to recap the species not seen yet. At 10 am drive to Koh Samseb for White-shouldered Ibis, River Tern, River Lapwing, Mekong Wagtail, Great Thicknee. Late afternoon drive to Kratie. Dinner and overnight Kratie
Day 4: Kampi to Siem Reap or Phnom Penh
Early morning takes a boat trip at Kampi for Mekong Dolphin. Then drive back to Siem Reap or Phnom Penh. If you end your tour in Phnom Penh, we will offer a short stop for birding for our endemic bird - the Cambodian Tailorbird.
