76–86 cm; wingspan 199–229 cm. Medium-sized accipiter , jet-back bird with red head and legs.

Male: eye iris from pale to yellowish

Female: eye iris dark red to red-brown in female, and size slightly larger to male.

Habitat:  In Cambodia Red-headed Vulture occur mainly in  Savanna and deciduous woodland near upper Mekog river,4 provides Phreah Vihear, Stung Treng, Mundulkiri and Ratanakiri.

Food & Feeding: feed on carrion included the cow which prepare at a Vulture restaurant.

Threat: Breeding: in Cambodia mainly by Habitat loss and lack of food
